Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Orders can only be canceled and fully refunded if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number provided, cancellations are no longer possible.
30-Day Refund Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Due to logistical considerations, refunds or replacements are exclusively available for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
Refund requests made beyond the 30-day period will not be honored unless the items received were incorrect.
Please note, we do not provide refunds due to subjective reasons or personal preferences.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Product Reshipping
We offer reshipment only for products that are confirmed as damaged, defective, incorrect, or the wrong size. To request a reshipment, please contact us directly at team@prandest.com.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for refunds or reshipments.
